Day 01, Arrival / Bangalore
Meeting and assistance on arrival at the international airport
and transfer to Hotel.
Bangalore, now renamed Bengaluru is known as the Garden city. In 2009, it has been inducted into the Global Cities and ranked as “Beta World City” alongside cities such as Geneva, Copenhagen, Boston and Berlin. Banglore is today known as the Silicon city of India because of its position as Leader in IT exports. Once the centre of the British rule, it is a growing metropolis today and a major economic and cultural hub. It is truly a combination of Old world charm and the hustle and bustle of Modern city.

Day 02, Bangalore / Mysore
Morning city sightseeing of Bangalore with your private guide
and chauffeur driven car visiting Vidhan Sauda, Lal Baghand the museum.
After noon drive 3 hrs to Mysore, the ancient capital of the kingdom of Mysore, ruled by the Wodeyar Rulers and later by Haider Ali and Tipu Sultan. Mysore, also known as the city of palaces is a popular tourist destination which attracts visitors from across the globe. It is also famous for arts and handicrafts along with the sandalwood and silk sarees. Dussehra, a hindu festival is celebrated with great zeal over a period of 10 days here.

Day 03, Mysore
Early morning excursion Rangnathettu Bird sanctuary.
Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary is a small sanctuary of just 67 sq kms and consists of 6 small islets on the banks of River Kaveri but is a host to numerous small mammals, including Bonnet Macaque, colonies of Flying Fox, Common Palm Civet and Indian Gray Mongoose and the monitor lizard. The Marsh Crocodile is a common inhabitant of the riverine beds.
Breeding water birds include Painted Stork, Asian Openbill Stork, Common Spoonbill, Woolly-necked Stork, Black-headed Ibis, White Ibis, Lesser Whistling Duck, Indian Shag, Stork-billed Kingfisher and other common birds like egrets, cormorants,Oriental Darter and herons. The park is home to a large flock of Streak-throated Swallows.
Later sightseeing of Mysore visiting various historical monuments, churches. Evening free time to explore markets of the sandalwood city.

Day 04, Mysore / Ooty
After early breakfast drive 3 hrs to Ooty. On arrival check
into hotel for overnight.
Ooty, also known as Ootacamund, is a right spot for the lovers of nature. It sparkles with fresh vegetation and sceneries. It is “queen of all hill station”. The height of the hills in the Nilgiri range varies between 2280 and 2290 meters. It attracts the tourist by its charming flowers. Lofty mountains, dense forest, acres and acres of tea estates are green feast for the eyes of the tourist.
Afternoon city sightseeing of Ooty with your English speaking guide. Overnight at Hotel.
Day – 05, Ooty / Kodaikanal
After breakfast check out of hotel. Put your luggage in the car and you will board the Nilgiri Express Toy train to Mettupalayam. The car will pick you up on arrival at Mettupalayam and drive 5 to 6 hrs to Kodaikanal.
Kodaikanal means the "gift of the forest". Situated at a height of 2100 meters above sea level, in the state of Tamil Nadu, among the Palani Hills, Kodaikanal is one of the unexplored destinations of southern India. With its intoxicating air, breathtaking scenery and serenity that you can hardly find in any other hill station, it is an ideal summer resort for the travel buffs of the southern plains.

Day 06, Kodaikanal
Today will be the day for you to explore the serene beauty
of the hill station visiting various lakes, valleys and mountains spots.

Day 07, Kodaikanal / Thekkady (Periyar)
Spend the morning at leisure. Later drive 3 hrs to Thekkady.
THEKKADY, high up in the Western Ghats, is a small town close to the entrance of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary is part of Project Tiger but tigers and leopards are rarely seen. However, it is said to offer the best chance of seeing wild elephant in the whole of India. There is also a good chance of seeing wild boar, Gaur bison, Sambar deer, Nilgiri langur, macaque monkey, otter and the Malabar giant squirrel, as well as a large variety of birds. Remember at altitude (Periyar is at 900m or more) temperatures can drop dramatically, especially at night.

Day 08, Thekkady
Early morning jungle excursion by boat to see the wildlife
in the periyar national park.
After breakfast nature walk to spice and coffee plantation. Afternoon jungle excursion by boat.
Overnight at Spice Village Resort.
Day 09, Thekkady / Kumarakom
After early breakfast drive 4 hrs to Kumarakom. On arrival
check into Coconut Lagoon Resort.
KUMARAKOM - is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and is part of the Kuttanad region. An enchanting backwater destination, Kumarakom offers visitors many other leisure options. One can also visit the bird sanctuary here spread across 14 acres. Egrets, darters, herons, teals, waterfowls, cuckoo, wild ducks and the migratory bird, Siberian Stork can be seen here.
Spend the evening at leisure or explore the areas on your own. Alternately you opt for some ayurvedic massage treatments. Overnight at Coconut Lagoon Resort.
Day 10, Kummarakom / Alleppey
After breakfast check out of hotel and board your Kettuvallum
houseboat. Cruise through the lakes, waterways and backwaters. You will
be able to view the country life on the banks of waterways. Lunch and dinner
will be served on the houseboat.
ALLEPPEY is one of the most important tourist centers and provide lifeline to tourism with a large network of inland canals earning it the sobriquet "Venice of the east". It is famous for its historic Aranmula Snake Boat Race which is an annual event held in August.
The houseboats mainly concentrate on an area where the waterways are fairly narrow so that you can watch life on the banks as you pass. Kettuvallams or rice barges converted to houseboats are a unique feature of the Kerala Backwaters. Lunch and dinner will be served on the individual houseboats. Overnight houseboat.
Day 11, Alleppey / Cochin
After breakfast on the houseboat check out and drive 1 hr
to Cochin. On arrival check into The Brunton Boatyard.
COCHIN also known as Kochi, is the present is the industrial and commercial capitol of the state of Kerala. The Dutch, the British, Arabs, Chinese and the Portuguese have all left their influence on this major city, which now boasts of a world class port and international airport.
With its glorious history, today Cochin attracts people from all faith and religion from all over the world and has become of the main tourist destination. It has back water resorts, beaches, home stays that are very popular along with some luxury resorts and hotels. Today it is one of the main starting point for exploring the incomparable beauty and diversity of the state of Kerala. It is rated as one of the top 50 tourist destinations across the world.
Afternoon relax at the hotel or simply explore the Fort Cochin town. Overnight at The Brunton Boatyard.
Day 12, Cochin
After breakfast city sightseeing with your Guide. Some the
main attractions are Chinese Fishing Nets, Jewish Synagogue, St Francis
Church, Fort Kochi, Mattancherry and the willingdon Island.
Evening Kathaklai dance performance in a nearby theatre.
Later dinner at a family home and overnight at Hotel Brunton Boatyard.
Day 13, Cochin / Departure
Transfer to airport for flight to onward destination.
