Day 01 Arrive / Delhi
Meeting and assistance on arrival at Delhi airport and transfer to Hotel. Delhi is two cities in one - the Old Delhi of the Mughals, a conglomerate of medieval palaces, forts, mosques and bazaars; and the New Delhi built by the British, an elegant metropolis of broad avenues, stately homes and landscaped gardens.
Day 02 Delhi
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Old & New Delhi visiting various historical monuments: Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and religious sites Sacred Heart Church, Gurudwara Bangal Sahib in central Delhi,Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple and Jama Masjid in Old Delhi. Also drive past President House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Overnight Delhi. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 Delhi / Amritsar
Early morning transfer to railway station to board Shatabdi Express train to Amritsar. 2029 SWARNA SHTBDI NEW DELHI 07:20 / AMRITSAR JN 13:05.
Meeting and assistance on arrival at railway station and transfer to Hotel. Evening visit The Golden Temple, the spiritual nerve centre of the Sikh faith. Every Sikh tries to make a visit and bathe in the holy water. It is immensely powerful, both spiritual and welcoming. Overnight Hotel.
Day 04 Amritsar

Also visit Jallianwala Bagh, which noted for the most notorious massacre under British rule. Later visit Wagha Border to witness changing of the guards and the ceremonial lowering of the flags ceremony at sundown, which is carried out with great show and rivalry, is quite a spectacle.
Day 05 Amritsar / Dharamshala
After breakfast drive 5 to 6 hrs to Dharamshala. Dharamshala was originally built by the British as a hill station in 1840. Its colonial monuments and public buildings include a church in the Victorian gothic style and a cemetery with carvings and funeral tributes. With the exodus of the Dalai Lama and many of his countrymen after the Chinese invaded Tibet in 1960 it has become the Tibetan capital in exile with a large community of lay people and monks. overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 Dharamshala
Morning visit Mcleodganj, the Tibetan town, with its library and Buddhist temples, markets, and meet some of the senior Lamas and afternoon excursion to NORBULINGKA INSTITUTE.
Day 07 Dharamshala / Pathankot / Agra
Morning at leisure or take a short day trek up in the mountains. Late Afternoon drive (3 hrs) to Pathankot for overnight train to Agra. (1078 JHELUM EXPRESS - PATHANKOT 00:20 / AGRA CANTT 13:55 next day) It is a beautiful journey through the vast fertile plains of Punjab and Haryana. You will get to see life in rural India. Day 08 Arrival (Overnight Train) / Agra
Meeting and assistance on arrival at railway station at 1335 hrs and transfer to Hotel Taj View Agra is the home of the Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The city of Agra, the quintessence of the grand Mughal era, reigns to this day in the public mind as the embodiment of royal grace, imposing architecture and power. Day 09 Agra
Visit Taj Mahal at sunrise. The Taj Mahal To the Poet Tagore it was "a tear on the face of eternity", a building to echo the cry "I have not forgotten, I have not forgotten, O beloved". The Taj Mahal is an enduring monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. After breakfast city sightseeing of Agra city Fort & I'timad-ud-Daulah Spend the evening exploring the town on your own. Overnight Hotel.
Day 10 Agra / Khajuraho
Meeting and assistance on arrival and drive 4 hrs to Khajuraho. Khajuraho - The Temples at Khajuraho were built under later Chandela kings between 950 and 1050 AD in a truly inspired burst of creativity. Of the original 85 temples,the 25 surviving are among the finest in India. They are built mostly of sandstone from Panna in shades ranging from pink through buff to pale yellow although granite was used in a few.
Day 11 Khajuraho / Varanasi

Day 12 Varanasi / Delhi

After breakfast city sightseeing of Varanasi visiting various temples, mosques and other historical monuments. Evening excursion to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after atonement. Overnight Hotel.
Day 13 Varanasi / Delhi
