The tour takes you on an adventurous journey to the Himalayan kingdoms of Nepal and Bhutan while passing through the capital city of India. The tour has been designed to give a glimpse into the local customs and culture of each country you will be visiting flying over the high and mighty snow clad Himalayas. Paro Tsechu held every year at Paro is a very colourful and most visited festivals of the country. The tour will give you an insight into the life of Bhutanese people, their culture and customs and the highlight of the tour will be Paro Tsechu.

Day 01 Arrive / Delhi
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
Delhi is the heart of India as well as the capital city. It is a true reflection of Indian culture and customs, its diversity, its people. Immerse yourself in the unmatchable hospitality in this great city which has lot to offer in terms of heritage, arts and architecture. Overnight Hotel

Day 02 Delhi
Today will be your day to acquaint yourself with Delhi, the capital city of India. You will be visiting some of the most visited historical monuments and Imperial buildings with your English speaking guide. Evening will be your free time to explore the market and street of Delhi on your own.

Day 03 Delhi / Kathamndu
After early breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Kathamndu, the capital city of Nepal.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Evening will be at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 Kathmandu
Optional:- you could be the one to see the amazing and snow clad and breathtaking views of Himalayas, the highest mountain in the world from the plane on a mountain flight. After breakfast you will visit some of the historical and important monuments of Kathamndu.

Morning transfer to airport for your flight to Paro, the capital city and the entry point to the kingdom of Bhutan. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 06 Paro (paro Festival)
Paro festival is being held every year at Paro for about 5 days. In 2011 the dates will be from 15 to 19 March.
Today you will visit the Paro Tsechu, the most visited and colourful festival of Bhutan.

Day 07 Paro
Morning visit some of the historical monuments of Paro like monnastries and Paro Dzongs. Later visit Paro Tsechu. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08 Paro / Thimphu
Morning visit to Paro Tsechu. Later drive 1 to 1.5 hrs to Thimpu, the capital city and one of the largest towns of Bhutan. On arrival check into you hotel.
Afternoon visit Trashichodzong, or the glorious fortress of religion and the most impressive place. It is the seat of the government and the clergy of Bhutan.
Other places worth visiting are King’s Memorial Chorten, Folk Heritage Museum and the national Textile museum, National Library and the Handicrafts Emporium.

Day 09 Thimphu / Punakha /wangdue
Morning visit Institute of Traditional medicine before heading to Punakha via Wangdue, driving about 6 hrs. The small town with most colourful bazaars and valley views. On arrival check into your hotel for overnight.

Day 10 Wangdue / Gangtey
Spend the morning exploring the town and visiting the monuments.
Later drive to Gangtey, park of the “Black Mountain National Park, one of the wildlife reserves of Bhutan. Sheeps and Yaks can be seen around the places.
Overnight Hotel.

Day 11 Gangtey / Bumthang
Bumthang is a place of real artistic treasure as it houses around more than 25 temples, monasteries and museums. Wangdichholing Palace built in 1857 as the royal palace today is the house to many monks.

Day 12 Bumthang
After the breakfast Visit Jakar Dzong, the largest Dzong in Bhutan. It has a circumference of 1500 metres. Visit the Kurje Lhakhang, Jambay Lhakhang, Tamshing Monastry.
Overnight at Hotel

Day 13 Bumthang / Punakha
After breakfast drive to Punakha en route visiting Dochula Pass. It a beautiful journey passing through the apple orchards, pine and oak forests. You can also visit Punakha Dzong, teh second largest in Bhutan and houses some secred relics related to Buddhism.
On arrival check into your hotel for overnight.

Day 14 Punakha / Paro
After breakfast drive 4 hrs to Paro. On arrival check into your hotel.
Evening spare some moments to explore the town for some last minute shopping and souvenirs buying. Overnight at Hotel

Day 15 Paro / Departure
Today you will be transferred to Paro airport for your flight to onward destination. I am sure you will taking along memories which will linger in your minds for long time.
